All Bereavement Service - Redbridge and Waltham Forest

Description

Provision of bereavement support services across the London Boroughs of Redbridge and Waltham Forest, including emotional and psychological support for individuals experiencing loss. Lot 1: This contract is for the provision of an all-age bereavement support service for the period 15 June 2026 to 14 June 2027, with the option to extend subject to agreement, and has a total value of £60,000. The service will deliver structured support and targeted interventions to individuals affected by bereavement, in line with NHS service standards and contractual requirements. The scope of the service includes assessment, one-to-one and group support, and appropriate signposting to additional services. The provider will ensure equitable access across all age groups and maintain compliance with safeguarding, clinical governance, and data protection standards. Regular monitoring will be undertaken through monthly and quarterly reporting, covering activity levels, service delivery, and impact. The contract will be subject to ongoing performance review and contract management in accordance with NHS commissioning requirements.
