AHA is now looking for an integrated housing, asset and financial management system, with integrated workflow, and customer and contractor portals, that will meet its needs both now and in the future. The system will be of an appropriate scale and cost for Almond Housing Association. It should be a finished product and not a development framework requiring further large scale internal or external development, it should also be delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, hosted and maintained in the UK by the vendor. Lot 1: Almond Housing Association seeks to procure the services of a suitably qualified and resourced organisation to provide and maintain housing management & finance software systems. The services required by Almond Housing and sought via this tender are: Housing Management System, Finance, Tenancy, Income management, Property management, Factoring and service charging, Web-based, cloud/SaaS, Reporting/dashboard functionality, Improving workflows/processes, Customer and Contractor Portals. This tender is not divided into lots and the successful tenderer will be required to provide Almond Housing with the full range of supply, commissioning and support services set out in the return documents There is no scope to subcontract any element of the service.
