Description

The University is undertaking Pre Market Engagement for the collection of the following waste streams that can collect the following waste streams: • Chemical waste - collected for off-site disposal and/or recycling, consisting of hazardous and non-hazardous chemical and contaminated waste from laboratories, workshops, grounds and estate maintenance. Chemical Waste is generated across the estate as follows: Exeter: Streatham Campus, St Luke's Campus, RILD, Exeter Science Park, Topsham Sports Ground. Cornwall: Penryn Campus. • Clinical waste - generated across the estate and sent for waste to energy incineration. Consists of healthcare, medical, and biomedical waste from laboratory and clinical settings, generally within the 15 01/16 05 EWC codes. Clinical Waste is generated across the estate as follows: Exeter: Streatham Campus, St Luke's Campus, RILD, Exeter Science Park, Topsham Sports Ground.
