Description

This tender concerns the award of the framework agreement of Military Boots. The system will be used acrossall the armed services, and will be the soldier's primary work footwear, both during daily work and duringextended combat operations. Without footwear that fits ergonomically, or suit the environment, the soldier can 2 / 10 not be expected to perform optimal. Therefore this tender aims to provide each soldier with a boot that fits him/her individually and that provides the necessary protection in different environments. For this tender DALOwishes to divide the framework agreement into 3 lots: Lot no.1 Combat boot with five assortment categories — will be awarded to 3 suppliers; Lot, no.2 Patrol boot with four assortment categories — will be awarded to 3 suppliers; Lot, no.3 Desert boot and Jungle boot with no assortment — will be awarded to 1 supplier. Tenderer shall offer the mandatory. This lot concerns a obligatory Combat boot to be used in mudd, grass, asphalt and paving. Key words for theCombat boot are ankle support, water resistance and insulation. This Lot contains an optional assortment with five (5) assortment categories listed below: 1- Fast rope boot; 2- Water shoe; 3- Climing boot; 4- Diving boot; 5- Over the beach boot (OTB). The tenderer can offer up to five (5) boots in each assortment category. The tenderer will only recieve pointsfor maximum three (3) boots in the assortment category. The tenderer can achieve maximum points by offering15 boots in total. DALO will count the offered boots in each assortment category, but maximum three (3) bootsfulfilling all requirements set out in Requirement specification. Future details on this subject are included in thetender material. Agreement is entered into by DALO. However, all divisions of the Danish Ministry of Defence, includingall divisions of. This lot concerns delivering of Patrol boots. This type of boot is to be used in grass, asphalt and paving. Keywords for Patrol boot are ankle support, low weight and breathability. This Lot contains an optimal assortment with nine (4) assortment categories listed below: 1- Tactical running shoe; 2- Patrol bootie; 3- Desert bootie; 4- Tactical sandal. The tenderer can offer up to five (5) boots in each assortment category. The tenderer will only recieve pointsfor maximum 3 boots in the assortment category. Tenderer can achieve maximum points by offering 12 bootsin total. DALO will count the offered boots in each assortment category, but maximum three (3) boots fulfillingall requirements set out in Requirement specification. Future details on this subject are included in the tendermaterial. Agreement is entered into by DALO. However, all divisions of the Danish Ministry of Defence, includingall divisions of the Danish Defence subject to the command of the Chief of Defence is entitled to use the Agreement. This lot concerns purchasing Desert boot and Jungle boot. — Desert boot: Primary terrain of this type of boot is sand, coast and dust covered chippings. Key words for the Desert boot are breathability and excess of heat. — Jungle boot: Primary terrain of this type of boot is mudd, water and jungle. Requirements in focus for Jungleboot are dreaining of water, dry time and slip resistance on wet logs. This lot will be awarded to one (1) supplier. There is no assortment in this lot. Agreement is entered into by DALO. However, all divisions of the Danish Ministry of Defence, includingall divisions of the Danish Defence subject to the command of the Chief of Defence is entitled to use the Agreement.
