design and build contractors that specialise in river restoration. These will facilitate the internal River Restoration team to complete circa fifteen projects to the satisfaction of landowners and the Environment Agency (EA) during AMP8, with the potential to contribute to additional projects delivered with third party partners. The proposed framework will continue to support River Restoration delivery in AMP9.
