Stavanger kommune [Stavanger municipality] hereby invites tenderers to apply for qualification in the Dynamic Purchasing System for consultancy support related to participation and inhabitant involvment. Click here: https://permalink.mercell.com/188115375.aspx Lot 1: Scope This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Participation through: - Gathering information - Making information available - Analysis - Digital participation processes - Testing of methods and systems for participation; physical, digital - Co-creation processes The tasks include, but are not limited to: - Preparation of project/process description/plan - Mapping of relevant 'users/informers' and relevant process for solving the assignment - Follow-up, control and management of participation processes - Coordination with contracting authority/municipal departments - Presenting report with a clear description of the participation process and results - Presenting processes and results in the relevant forum - Delivery of collected data in a format that can be used in a common municipal 'bank' (GDPR friendly) - Communication work in connection with the participation process Internal resources: The purchasing system shall give us access to external resources and expertise in participation processes. There may be a need for participation processes beyond what we are able to cover with our own resources, and there may be a need for cooperation between consultants and internal employees in participation processes. However, this will vary from call-off to call-off.
