In light of the above the Agency is looking to sign framework contracts with competent and experienced service providers for the following services: 1) Lot 1: Property Consultancy and Project Supervision/Management Services: A) Project Coordination. B) Property Consultancy. C) Project Supervision and Project Management; 2) Lot 2: Facility Management Consultancy Services: In the context of the management of existing and potential future property the Agency may need external services in the fields of: A) Strategic Facility Management. B) Commercial Facility Management. C) Technical Facility Management. D) Infrastructural Facility Management. E) Health and Safety and Security Management. F) Property IT Consultancy. Lot 2: Facility Management Consultancy Services: In the context of the management of existing and potential future property the Agency may need external services in the fields of: A) Strategic Facility Management.
