Continuing Health Care

Description

The service will provide continuing health care packages delivering standard and complex care to children and adults, this will include packages of care for CAHMS / Crisis - Learning Disability (LD); Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); Mental Health (MH). The service will also provide supported living, respite and overnight, including short breaks and complex physical disabilities care and support Lot 1: The service will provide continuing health care packages delivering standard and complex care to children and adults, this will include packages of care for CAHMS / Crisis - Learning Disability (LD); Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); Mental Health (MH). The service will also provide supported living, respite and overnight, including short breaks and complex physical disabilities care and support NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB have made a contract award following direct award process B of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £600,000 Contract term - 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2028
