The award is required urgently to address the need for crisis drop in support in the Scarborough area to de-escalate patient presentation and provide a first point of crisis alternative contact for those in distress in the area. Lot 1: This service is to support the Scarborough, Whitby & Ryedale communities with a crisis alternative service. The service will provide a central contact point for those within the locality. Its primary offer is to actively support the existing NHS Services by providing out of hours support to individuals within the region. The Trust requires the provider (Scarborough Survivors) to provide: • Crisis Alternative for 7 nights a week from 7.30pm - 1.00am This is a 12 month only contract provided from 1st April 2026 onwards annnual contract value is £155,000
