Festive lights display

Description

To supply Festive Illuminations on a hire basis for a 4 year period for the village of Castle Donington. There are two locations, one around a bus station point, and the other along the main shopping street. The lighting columns have been altered to take the festive lighting. some of the previous displays went across the street, and were secured to privately owned buildings, and need eye bolt testing on a regular basis. The lights need to be installed and ready for a switch-on event on the first Friday of December and stay switched on until 6 January. They can not go up before the beginning of November due to another event happening in the same area.
