Procurement for Housing Planned Works (Scotland) Framework

Description

PfH currently operate two frameworks in Scotland covering planned works. These are are Kitchens, Windows and Doors Framework and the Whole House Framework. These frameworks expire in 2025 and will be re-procured under a single Planned Works Framework. The anticipated notice date is September / October 2024 Lot 1: The Planned Works Framework will replace the current Kitchens, Windows and Doors and Whole House Scotland Frameworks. The Framework will apply to Scotland and will cover: - Kitchen Supply - Windows and Doors Supply Only (UPVC and Timber) - Windows and Doors Supply and Install (UPVC, Timber, Aluminium and Composite) - Kitchens and Bathrooms Supply and Install - Electrical Works - Cyclical Painting and Decorating - Roofing Materials Supply - Roofing Works - Whole House Works - Surrounding Works The Framework will be divided into lots which will be determined following market engagement. PfH wishes to engage with suitably experienced and qualified suppliers in order to support the development of the strategy for the replacement framework.
