The Contracting Authority proposes to award a Contract for the provision of Campaign Management Solution for Expressway.ie website. This will allow Bus Éireann to actively engage with its Expressway customer base through targeted campaign, tailored first time customer interactions etc. across different channels for an initial three (3) year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract for further 2 x twelve (12) month periods., resulting in the maximum potential being no more than sixty (60) months. Key features of the Service, which The Contracting Authority seeks to implement, may include: • Tracking of your customers' behaviour, be it online or through backend integrations and imports. • Advanced analytics and segmentations of the tracked data, boosted by AI-powered predictive capabilities. • Single customer view allowing your analyses dig deep on a customer level. • Omni-channel orchestration that allows you to automatize communication with your customers through email, SMS, web layers or notifications. • Personalization of your communication based on advanced custom conditions. • Product recommendations engines. • Comprehensive email management to design, send, evaluate and optimize your email campaigns. • AB testing capabilities enhanced by AI. • Comprehensive suite of API’s.
