Supply of Software

Description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the continued use of investigative software licences by Warwickshire Police. This was a direct award via Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 14 framework reference RM1557.14 Lot 2 Cloud Software and is therefore compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Certain information relating to the software and the supplier have been withheld under Regulation 108 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 on the basis that disclosure would impede law enforcement. The contract is for an initial period of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The values provided are for the annual cost excluding VAT for the initial period and the higher value is if the optional extension period is taken again excluding VAT.
