Description

City of Lincoln Council (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Fire Risk Assessments for properties owned/managed by the client up to 3 years period with an option to extend further 3 years on sole discretion of the Client. The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services (GEN4) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-13 Fire Risk Assessor services (FRA) as per Client MEAT assessment. The Contract will commence on 1st October 2025 with completion date on 30th September 2031.
