RYDE TOWN COUNCIL - PLANTING AND WATERING CONTRACT The Town Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the planting and watering of all of the floral features within the town and surrounding area. The contract will be for a period of 4 years commencing in May 2018, with the potential to extend the contract by up to a further 12 months at the discretion of the Town Council. The tender is broken into two components - planting and watering. Contractors may submit a tender for either or both Planting and Watering elements. The contract may be awarded as a combined contract or as individual contracts. This will be at the discretion of the Town Council. Any queries relating to the tender must be raised in writing with the Clerk to the Council at the above address by no later than 12.00 Noon on Monday 01 December 2017. It is expected that the award of the contract(s) will be made during the week commencing Monday 5 February 2018.
