Description

The University of Edinburgh require a Library Management System. The system underpins the delivery of the University's library services, supporting the acquisition, management, discovery and access of extensive physical and electronic collections. It also enables academic staff to create and maintain reading lists and provide students with access to required and recommended learning resources. The system is critical to supporting the University's teaching, learning and research activities and the effective delivery of its library services. Lot 1: The University of Edinburgh has awarded a contract for the provision of a Library Management System for a period of four years, with the option to extend by up to a further two years. The procurement was conducted by way of Direct Award (Desktop Evaluation) of APUC, Library Systems Framework, Reference ITS1028 AP.
