Provision of Supply of Books, Newspapers and Standing Orders

Description

The European Central Bank (ECB) is seeking through this open procedure suppliers for lot 1 for the provision of supply of print books, e-books, audiobooks, standing orders (SOs) and lot 2 for the provision of print and electronic newspapers. The ECB intends to award a framework agreement (the ‘framework contract’) to the suppliers offering the best value for money. The envisaged number of framework contracts for lot 1 to be awarded is three (3) based on ranking. For lot 2 the ECB intends to award one framework agreement (the ‘framework contract’) for the supplier offering the best value for money. Lot 1: Ordering, Delivery and Invoicing Services for Print Books, e-Books, Audiobooks and Standing Orders (SO) Lot 1 requests service requirements regarding the ordering, delivery and invoicing services for print books, e-books, audiobooks and standing orders (SO) in different languages mentioned above referred to as ‘books and Standing Orders’. The library of the ECB wants to offer its internal customers a wide range of books and SO. The books may come from a wide range of publishers and be in many different subject areas, but mainly in the field of economics, finance, and law. The ECB reserves the right to obtain any print books and standing orders directly from other sources, in case the ECB requirements like delivery times and quantity cannot be met by the tenderer. Lot 2: Ordering, Delivery, Licensing and Invoicing Services for Print and Online Newspapers and News Magazines in Different Languages Lot 2 comprises the service requirements regarding the ordering, delivery, licensing and invoicing services for subscriptions to print Newspapers (including weekly magazines) in different languages to be delivered on Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 8:00 CET on the date of publication, and electronic newspapers. The Library of the ECB wants to offer its internal customers a wide range of subscriptions to Newspapers (including weekly magazines).
