The work comprises overhauling damaged areas to the pitched roofs and patch repairs to isolated damaged areas, removing and replacing the mortar skew fillets. Sections of the front elevation are to have lothomex repairs to damaged stonework. The chimney stacks are to be tap tested and allowance has been made for stripping and re-rendering. The rainwater goods are to be overhauled and redecorated. Internally, damaged sections of plaster are to be replaced.
