Research and development consultancy services

Description

Procurement is for consultancy services for carrying out expert assessments for PPT. The framework agreement will be used if our capacity is not enough, e.g., for absences or unfilled positions. The need for assistance will vary, but it is estimated to be for an average of approx. 36 cases a year. The time spent per assessment is up to 24 hours. This is an estimate based on historical data and is not binding for the contracting authority. The consultant(s) will prepare expert assessments for PPT. The consultant(s) will be expected to look at the child/pupil's entire learning environment and have a dialogue with the child/pupil, parents/guardians, and those who work with the child/pupil in the learning environment. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can offer extensive professional breadth and depth, so that they can provide a broad spectrum of expert assessments for PPT. The consultant can borrow premises, testing equipment/mapping material and a PC.
