The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition for entry into a framework agreement concerning the purchase of plastic cards, stickers and key-fobs (dongles), with RFID technology. Hereafter called RFID products. Akershus implemented the competition on behalf of Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold Counties, that from 1.1.2020 became Viken fylkeskommune [Viken County]. Limitation: There will be some need to order finished embossed cards during the contract period. These orders are not considered to be part of this framework agreement.
