Invitation to Tender for the Provision of the Replacement of Bathrooms 2026 - 2031

Description

Bolsover District Council wishes to appoint a principal contractor on the basis of a JCT contract for their Bathroom Refurbishment Programme within tenanted council owned homes. The work comprises the installation of new bathroom suite and associated equipment such as extractor fans and lighting within occupied properties. The internal refurbishment work will take place wholly in occupied properties so the tenant needs and requirements are paramount. The successful contractor will be expected to show flexibility, excellence in tenant support / liaison and work in partnership with the Contract Administrator to meet and exceed tenant expectation and levels of satisfaction.
