Sykehusinnkjøp HF would like to procure 4 flow cytometers on behalf of St Olavs Hospital HF. A procurement contract will be signed with the chosen tenderer on instrument specific reagents and consumables. 2 of the flow cytometers must be delivered by August 2017. An option for a further 2 instruments will be a part of the tender. The first has an estimated delivery date in 2018 and the second is to be delivered in 2019, in accordance with a further agreement with the department. St Olavs Hospital shall lease the instrument via its leasing agreement partner. The expected leasing period is between 7 and 9 years. The tender is very complex and there was, therefore, a need for prior supplier contact in order to see what was available in the market, as well as how many suppliers could fulfil the requirements for an IVD certified instrument. Suppliers who participated in the dialogue meeting/presentation do not need to present their equipment again. Notify us if other equipment than what was presented at the meeting is being offered, so that a new dialogue meeting/presentation can be held. If there are new suppliers who did not participate in the dialogue meeting/presentation of equipment, they will be given the same possibility as the other suppliers.
