The provision of Legal Services covering income and debt for Enfield Council. Lot 1: **Please note: this is NOT an opportunity, it is the publication of an award notice inline with the Governments Transparency Agenda** The Service relates to the Council's requirement concerning Legal Services for Debt Enforcement Action for Revenues Collection. The Contract has been awarded as a direct award under the North East Purchasing Organisation (NEPO) Legal Services Framework Agreement (ref. NEPO513). The contract duration is 24 months. There is the option to extend for a period of up to a further 24 months at the discretion of the Council. The estimated stated value covers the entire contract period if the extension is taken up (i.e. 48 months) and excludes VAT.
