A non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply to organisations engaged in the delivery of public healthcare services (‘Authorities’), of clinical software (and hardware) solutions for use in healthcare (‘Solutions’) via the direct route of supply (the ‘Framework’) This procurement will consists of multiple product lines for Clinical IT (software and hardware) solutions. This framework will used by for or on behalf of the whole of the UK public sector and their associated bodies and agencies, the voluntary sector, charities and/or other private organisations acting as managing agents or procuring on behalf of the public sector delivering services of a public nature. *QE Procurement is a trading name of QE Facilities Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust. References in this framework to QE Procurement shall be read as references to QE Facilities Ltd (‘Authority’).
