Design team consultancy services for the restoration and interpretation of Westport House and Gardens to create a world class visitor attraction, combing cultural, heritage and family activities in a sensitive and complementary way. The following services are required; • Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Services. • Lot 2: Project Manager Services. • Lot 3: Quantity Surveyor Services. Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Appointment of an Integrated Design Team for The Restoration and Interpretation of Westport House, Westport, Co Mayo. The project for the Restoration and Interpretation of Westport House and Gardens comprises the following elements; - Extension and Refurbishment of Coach House and Grace O'Malley Experience. - Work to Westport House and Gardens. - Wild Realms. Inishoo Management Limited intends to use a two stage, restricted competition for this appointment. The design team services being procured as part of this process comprise the following Principal Services / disciplines and specialist skills; Principal Services; - Architect (Design Team lead) - Civil/Structural Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical Engineer - Grade 1 Conservation Architect - Fire Safety Design - PSDP Specialist skills to include; - Landscape Architect - Interior Design - Universal Access Design - Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier - Acoustic Design - Archaeologist - Ecologist - Planning and Environmental - Traffic & Transport Planning - Audio Visual Design - Thermal Model Design - BER Design Lot 2: Project Manager Appointment of a Project Manager for The Restoration and Interpretation of Westport House, Westport, Co Mayo.
