Gateshead Council (the Council) is in the process of renewing its Contract for the Provision of On-Road National Standard Cycle Training (Bikeability), which is due to expire in July 2024. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Market Engagement Exercise to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market. The Council delivers cycle training to primary schools across the Borough and has an in-house team for On-Road National Standard Cycling (Bikeability) training but requires an external training provider to complement the in-house training capacity.
