Description

MHA Limited wishes to appoint an experienced, competent and qualified contractor to carry out the following works to MHA properties listed in the tender PN 20-21 - 6 Mansard Roofing Works. Works to include: Scaffolding, Temporary re-locate & re-site aerials and satellite dishes, Boiler shut downs by gas safe engineer and certify on completion, Renewal of Roof coverings including tiles, felt and batten to vertical hanging tile roof section, Renewal of rainwater goods or make good existing, Renewal of soffits, fascia boards to eaves and 1st floor window cheeks, Renew insulation to mansard roof section install 75mm foil back rigid board insulation and remove existing rockwool, Resident liaison and associated enabling and re-instatement works.
