Financial management system licences (Microsoft Business central, Continia, and JET reports) and related managed services support, maintenance and help desk: -Management of Business Central accounting software -Management of Continia -Management of JET reporting software -Wave release testing and patching prior to launch of software updates -Notification and explanation of upcoming updates -Support for ad hoc onboarding of new functionality -Provision of training on currently unused or new functions Procurement of the following licences: -Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Essential Licence -Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Dynamics Team Members Licence -Continia transaction processing licence (including OCR) -Continia expense user licence -JET reporting foundation package -JET reporting additional designer licence ## Contract award
