Combined community tissue viability service and lymphedema service. This combination will ensure that all patients at risk of or with tissue viability conditions receive effective diagnosis and targeted self-management support, monitoring, treatment and care in order to maintain the highest quality of life and independence possible. Combined Lymphoedema and Tissue Viability services. This is a light touch regime procurement. The total value as stated within this notice is GBP 1 357 100. The annual estimated value is GBP 271 420 per year. A 3 year contract will therefore have a value of GBP 814 260. There will be an option (at the CCG’s sole discretion) to extend the contract for a period of up to 2 further years thereafter. A 3 year contract plus an extension of a further 2 years thereafter would have an estimated value of GBP 1 357 100. The duration has therefore been shown as 60 months.
