Pagabo National Framework for Academy Services

Description

Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of Red Kite Learning Trust, wish to establish a national framework of Providers of professional services to Academies in England. The framework will cover but will not be limited to the provision of Legal, Audit (internal and external), Data Protection, Health and Safety, HR and Payroll services. The Framework Agreement will be established for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 periods of 12 months. This Framework Agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Academy Trusts in England and the full list is available in the Tender synopsis. The framework is divided into 11 lots and 9 regions (99 sub-lots), with a maximum of 9 Suppliers per sub-lot. The framework shall have the facility for Clients to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Open procedure. Lot 1: Legal Services This lot is for the provision of legal services specfically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in line with the Academy Trust Handbook. Additional information: Whilst this procurement isn't related to a specific project and/or programme financed by European Union funds, it is anticipated that there may be specific projects awarded via this framework which are financed by European Union funds. Lot 2: Data Protection Officer (DPO) Services This lot is for the provision of Data Protection Officer services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts to provide information security and compliance with data protection law service in line with the Academy Trust Handbook. Additional information: Whilst this procurement isn't related to a specific project and/or programme financed by European Union funds, it is anticipated that there may be specific projects awarded via this framework which are financed by European Union funds. Lot 3: Internal Audit Services This lot is for the provision of internal audit services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in accordance with the Academy Trust Handbook. Lot 4: External Audit Services This lot is for the provision. of external audit services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in accordance with the Academy Trust Handbook. Lot 5: Valuation Services This lot is for the provision of valuation services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in line with the Academy Trust Handbook. Lot 6: Health and Safety Services This lot is for the provision of Health and Safety services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in line with the Academy Trust Handbook. Lot 7: Human Resource Services This lot is for the provision of Human Resource consultancy services specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in line with the Academy Trust Handbook. Lot 10: Payroll Management Software as a Service (SaaS) This lot is for the provision of Payroll management software as a solution, specifically to Academies, Single Academy Trusts and Multi Academy Trusts in line with the Academy Trust Handbook.
