Description

The competition concerns delivery of ski track production/preparation of the ski area in Geilo and the surrounds. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. NOK 3.5 million, excluding VAT per year. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract. Agreement The contracting authority will sign a contract with one (1) tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
