Voluntary Ex-Ante Transparency Notice: A market consultation with the supply chain was undertaken to assess technical capabilities to design and deploy an infrastructure software solution. Further engagement resulted in only one supplier being able to demonstrate suitable capability together with a proven track record of completing similar work scope.
