Fusion21 has developed a framework for the provision of building and asset improvement works to current and prospective Members estate portfolios. Geared towards SME capability this framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 Members (including but not exclusive to property owners in the housing, education, health, local and central government sectors) to save money and generate social value. The framework is split between 9 separate lots that include: 1) Kitchens and Bathrooms; 2) Windows and Doors; 3) Fire Doors; 4) Communal Entrance Doors; 5) Pitched Roofing; 6) Flat Roofing; 7) Electrical Works; 8) Multi Trade Internal Works; 9) Multi Trade External Works. Installation of kitchens, bathrooms and adapted bathrooms. Works may be completed as individual elements or as part of a combined programme of works. To include install only and supply and install options. Likely programmes will not exceed 10 properties per week and annual project values are estimated to be between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Installation of: — uPVC, — Timber, — Aluminium. Works will include a range of window sizes and styles to cover both housing and non-housing sectors. To include install only, supply and install and cost-plus option for supply. Fusion21 estimates annual project values being between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Installation of: — composite fire doors, — communal (timber) fire door sets. Installers are to hold relevant FIRAS registration. Works will include potential for housing and non-housing sectors for communal entrance doors. To include install only, supply and install and cost-plus option for supply. Fusion21 estimates annual project values between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Installation of: — concrete, — slate, — clay, — metal. Based on supply and install rates through a schedule of rates with linear metre and m2 rates to build up property models for relevant types of roof construction. Fusion21 estimates annual project values between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Installation of: — bituminous membrane, — liquid (cold applied). Based on supply and install rates through a schedule of rates with linear metre and m2 rates to build up property models for relevant types of flat roof construction. Works will include a range of electrical works covering property rewires and combined programmes of testing, remedial works and rewires. Works may be undertaken to domestic and commercial properties. Works will comprise multiple elements of internal building works which will include, but not be limited to: — kitchens, — bathrooms, — communal upgrades, — internal decorations, — internal doors, — non-structural changes to building configuration, — electrical works. Bidders will be expected to deliver the full range of works identified in this scope. Fusion21 estimates annual project values between 20 000 GBP and 500 000 GBP. Works will comprise multiple elements of external building works which will include, but not be limited to: — roofing, — roofline, — brickwork repairs, — render and cladding repairs, — chimney repairs, — windows, — doors, — rainwater goods, — balcony repairs, — external decorations including pre-paint repairs.
