Formation of Panel of Subject Matter Experts

UCD has a requirement to form a panel of Subject Matter Experts to be called upon to participate in two particular forum. The Panel is being formed using the Dynamic Purchasing System procedure. It is envisaged that the Panel will remain in place for a period of 10 years. At the present time It is envisaged that the Panel will be used for two particular requirements but more requirements may emerge over the life of the Panel. It is expected that the range of expertise required will be in the following areas; • Legal • HR / Employment / IR • Mediation / Arbitration / Conflict Resolution • Academia • Equality /Diversity / Inclusion
