Description
The contest is for consultancy services for signage plans and for participation in planning minor physical traffic safety measures. Traffic safety assessments will also be part of the job. The contracting authority needs professional assistance with processing applications for and enquiries about signs and signage assignments connected to this. The work will also consist of dealing with signage plans and speed limit cases, as well as upgrading existing signage on municipal roads. The work also includes planning for increased traffic safety with the use of signs and signage plans. A separate framework agreement will be signed for each zone. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Lot 1: Anticipated annual volume for zone 1 Frogn: NOK 100,000 to NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. Anticipated annual volume for zone 2 Vestby: NOK 100,000 to NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value including options and expected price increases: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Sub-tender/zones. Tenders may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within each zone, nor can alternative tenders be submitted. Zones: Zone 1 Frogn Municipality. Zone 2 Vestby Municipality. The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender. Please state which zones you are submitting a tender for. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2021-12-01 until and including 2023-11-30, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one or more tenderers in each zone, as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
