Ownership and creditor follow-up for the National Insurance Scheme Fund [Folketrygdfondet]

Description

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of a system for ownership and creditor follow-up. The National Insurance Scheme Fund [Folketrygdfondet] will use the platform to continuously log dialogues (e.g. meetings, telephone calls, emails) with the companies in its portfolio. The dialogue may vary in form; for example, it may involve recurring meetings with companies in which Folketrygdfondet owns shares or bonds. We need to be able to report in different formats for different types of meetings. In addition, Folketrygdfondet votes at general meetings and bondholder meetings. We would like to be able to link the dialogues to specific general meetings in the platform.
