Description

Ports of Ports of Jersey are looking to revitalise and upgrade the current berthing infrastructure and operations at St Helier Marina and Albert Pier. A recent review of marina operations and infrastructure has resulted in a need for regeneration and upgrade of both areas within the harbour. Following this review, we are looking for a primary contractor or partner, to design and deliver the following services, as a minimum: • Berthing Solutions (including pontoons and piling/alternative fixing solutions) • Replacement or refurbishment of existing gangways • New gangways • Provision of utilities (wifi, water, electric, etc) In order to minimise the disruption to the operations within the harbour area, we wish to complete the work on Albert Pier first, subsequently using the new berthing area as swing space to support the developments planned for St Helier Marina.
