This contract is for fresh fruit and vegetables required for the daily catering operations of The University covering all food serving premises owned by The University. Supply, delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables on a regular basis to all food catering premises owned by The University and operated establishment. The food products shall be compliance with national food regulation and standard, to ensure food quality and safety.
