Description
Beschaffung der Dienstleistung zur Produktion der täglichen Geschäftspost und Mailings der BKK ProVita. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Produktion der täglich anfallenden Tagespost E+1 (soweit eine zentrale Produktion aus organisatorischen Gründen sinnvoll erscheint) und diverser Mailings (E+1 und/oder E+3/4). Die Tagespost umfasst sowohl Individualbriefe als auch Batchbriefe. Der Druckdatenstrom für die Tagespost wird über ein zentrales Output-Management-System gebündelt und über eine gesicherte Verbindung zum zukünftigen Druckdienstleister übertragen. Das jährliche Produktionsvolumen für das Outsourcing beläuft sich in der Tagespost aktuell auf ca. 1 150 000 Seiten DIN A4 und ca. 500 000 Briefsendungen zuzüglich diverser Mailings (ca. 34 000). Beförderungsleistungen, insbesondere Briefpostdienstleistungen, sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Leistungsbeschreibung.
