YPO conducted this further competition on behalf of Kernow Learning Multi Academy Trust and Cornwall Education Learning Trust. This further competition was issued in relation to the ‘Building in Use — Support Services’ Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This involved inviting tenders from the providers who are currently awarded against the relevant lot(s) of the DPS. The customers were looking to award to a provider for the management and delivery of cleaning services for Kernow Learning Multi Academy Trust and Cornwall Education Learning Trust.
