Provision of Digital Supported Self-Management Programme South West

The contract is awarded for a 12 month period up to 31 March 2027 - £120,000 exc. VAT (£144,000 inc. VAT) The NHS England National Commercial and Procurement Hub supported NHS England South West in the procurement of a digital supported self-management education programme for the population of the South West of England. The programme supports NHS England's objective of increasing the utilisation of supported self-management tools to enhance primary care services across the South West region through 2026/27. NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB) is acting as the Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS England South West. The contract was awarded through the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Social Impact Framework, Lot 12 - Physical Health and Wellbeing Services.
