Hull City Council (The Authority) is advertising an opportunity from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award via rotation within Lot 4b– Valuation & Benchmarking Works to provide Revenue Benchmarking valuations Services at Wawne Road, Phase 3, Kingston Upon Hull. The contract is anticipated to commence on 29th September 2025 ending by 29th October 2025. Approximate Budget is £2,000 Overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
