Description
Kongsvinger, Grue, Eidskog and Nord-Odal Municipalities intend to enter into a 10-year contract with Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS. Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS shall construct a new bio-gas facility GIVAS IKS has, on behalf of Kongsvinger, Grue, Eidskog and Nord-Odal Municipalities negotiated a contract for the delivery of sewage sludge from these municipalities. A market for such services is not currently available, so a monopoly contract award applies. The contract was signed on 15 September 2020, subject to the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice. Any objections to the contract award must be submitted by 10 November 2020.
