Description

Provision of a a single screw tube extrusion line and auxiliary equipment with OPC UA connectivity [CB1.1] for extrusion of materials (preferably including high temperature polymers.) The auxiliary components includes[CB2.1] Laser measurement of tubing in real-time, Melt pump with close[CB3.1] pressure loop control, tooling heads for extruder, heated water bath with[CB4.1] vacuum, sizing dies, water blow off, micro air supply and caterpillar haul off all sized to the stated tube size.
