Bolton Together - Services to support young people and children

Description

3 year contract to continue delivery of services aimed at supporting the children and young people of Bolton. The service provider is a collaboration of six local charitable organisations serving the local community. The services address a wide range of needs and challenges, including mental health and wellbeing support. Lot 1: Bolton NHS Foundation Trust has utilised direct award process C of the provider selection regime regulations to award a contract for the provision of services for children and young people including support for mental health and well-being. The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard and has been assessed against the five key criteria as such. The period of the contract is 36 months. Contract start date 12/02/2025 until 11/02/2028. Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of<br/>this notice.
