Consultant Services Engineer - London Wall Car Park

The City Surveyors Department is responsible for the management of the City's operational and investment properties, and for commissioning refurbishment and improvement works to the City's buildings. It is the replacement of the mechanical and electrical services and associated builders work in the London Wall Car Park, 23 London Wall, London, EC2V 5DY, that is the subject of this brief. The City wishes to appoint Consultants for the whole design and construction process from suitably technically qualified and financially sound consultants. The Consultant will provide professional services as the Services Engineer for the design, tender and implementation of mechanical and electrical works. The Consultant is to provide professional services as the Services Engineer, Structural Engineer, Building Surveyor, Fire Engineer, and Quantity Surveyor. The Consultant Services Engineer will be responsible for producing a fully detailed specification of works and tender drawings (to RIBA stage 4 - Technical Design) to enable a competitive tender to be sought for the works. Once approval for the works is given the Consultant will manage and control the works on site through to completion and Handover.
