Lot 1: The Terms and Conditions of the current Contract 88220 have been varied to allow for 3 x 6 months provision for extension, which may be utilised where the renewal procurement exercise is delayed, where there are no suitable tenders or where the procurement is the subject of a legal challenge preventing the award of the contract(s).
