This is a call to competition by IE for the establishment of a Qualification System for the Supply and Delivery of End Threaded Cold Drawn High Tensile Steel Wire to our sleeper factory in Portlaoise (the “Contract”) Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to a Qualification System in order to participate in mini tender competitions for the supply and delivery of end threaded cold drawn high tensile steel wire. The Qualification system will be established for a period of five years.
