Joinery and carpentry installation work for exhibitions

Description

The contest is for joinery and carpentry services for various exhibitions. An important part of the National Library of Norway's activity is to highlight and communicate the material in the collection in a manner that captures the interest of the public. Exhibitions are an important part of the National Library of Norway's means of spreading culture. Every year the National Library of Norway makes 1-3 major temporary exhibitions and 2-4 smaller exhibitions/material presentations in our premises in Solli plass in Oslo. The major exhibitions can have a construction period of up to six weeks. The exhibitions require reliable and secure access to skilled joinery and carpentry installation services. Lot 1: The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT a year in the last 4 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Anticipated annual volume: NOK 800,000 to NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 12.5 million excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement. Framework agreement The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms. The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-03-01 until and including 2024-02-29, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer. The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
