Nordre Follo Municipality will be established on 1.1.2020 from the merger of Ski and Oppegård Municipalities. The new municipality will have a total of approx. 58 300 inhabitants and approx. 4 700 employees. This procurement is being made by Oppegård Municipality on behalf of Nordre Follo Municipality. The framework agreement will be transferred to the new municipality/legal entity. This contest is for a framework agreement for tour bus transport for Nordre Follo Municipality. Nordre Follo Municipality will enter into a framework agreement for tour bus transport that meets the contracting authority's need for transport by minibus, bus and tour bus. Transport is needed for various activities connected to the contracting authorities' entities, e.g., teaching, excursions, activity days, study trips, school camps, etc. The activities usually finish in 1 day, but they can also run for longer periods. The size of the assignments can vary from trips with 1 minibus to assignments that require many buses, for example a skiing day for an entire school. Based on historical data, the estimated procurement value is between 600 000 NOK and 1 600 000 NOK per annum. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. The procurement volume can differ from year to year and the figures are an estimate of the framework agreement. The stated figures are not representing any obligations in relation to procurements. It will be the contracting authority's actual need that will always determine the amount of call-offs in the contract period. The contract does not include scheduled driving. The wanted start-up date for the contract is as soon as possible in 2020.
